Binx is still getting used to harness so we have not been outside yet! Little steps. However I do need to return the 2x size. Not sure how to do that. Any info would be helpful. Thank you

When I ordered I ordered a one for a 10 lb cat but when it arrived it was too big. I contacted the owners and they shipped me a new one that was smaller. It fits beautifully and I am very glad of the service that I received.

Although this harness/vest and leash is meant for kittens, I have been able to use it on my pet rabbit. I was able to put it on him without the help of my husband which was a major plus for me. The Velcro on top allows for adjusting to the right amount of tightness around my pet’s body. This harness allows me to be able to safely take him out to our yard to get sunlight. He was able to move without restrictions. I love the colors- baby blue and light pink!
Really happy with this harness. It feels secure, the velcro is super strong, and the quality is noticeable right away. My cat is still getting used to it, but already looks comfortable excited to try our first walk soon
I was excited to try the harness on my cat because he is an inside cat who desperately wants to explore the outside. Upon unboxing I found the harness to be of great quality. The whole harness is padded and I trusted the Velcro and clip to keep it secure to my cat. The best part was seeing my cat roam around outside without the fear of him running away or the hassle of wrangling him back into the house!

The harness is for a kitten which is not what I ordered... and when I asked to return them they avoided my emails and kept stalling the return. Never gave returning info! Very poor quality and customer service!! Call credit card company to dispute charge next.
The calmly paws team was incredible and kind. They sent a new harness to us when the first one didn’t fit (my fault). Make sure to measure before buying! The harness was a little big in the chest area for our cat, but fits well overall and seems very secure! The quality seems better so far than other harnesses we’ve tried for our cat! Cat got out of harness each of the 3 times i put it on her! Yes, it was adjusted correctly. Yes, correct size for cat. So disappointed. So sad. I was so hopeful each time.
I bought this because I want to be able to take my fur babies out with me. I used the smaller one to take my kitten to the vet. Worked great. Only problem with it was that the vet tech put it on wrong and I didn't notice it until we were halfway home. The trip going to the vet was very smooth but coming home was a struggle. So please make sure that you have it on right.
It is easy to put on and it's hard for my cat to get out of. Love the colors that you offer and hope others will buy it too. The slide in with his front paws bring it up to the top velcro it secure it and we're ready to go.

Poor quality and muted colors
We initially received the wrong size, way too small. After providing chest and neck measurements a Large size was sent. My wife managed to get the Large harness on Frank which he immediately, to quote my wife, "walked out of it". Maybe it should have been a Medium?
My cat was able to get loose. This product is not has advertised. Very disappointing.

Our kitty has a broad chest. She doesn't sit with her paws together but 5" apart!! So other harnesses or halters did not fit. This was a perfect fit for her. Thank You!
The harness is well designed and well made, but getting an old cat into the harness and outside has been challenging. It's an ongoing process.
The harness is great but I am still trying to get my cat into the harness. I’m taking it slowly. The first day I got it out of the package he ran the opposite direction 😞He now sniffs it and is curious but not ready to put up it on. Not sure if he’ll ever be ready. I’m regretting I bought two of them at this point
