At CalmlyPaws™, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you're eligible for a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it complies with our Standard Product Warranty.
To initiate a return, please use our Returns Portal.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.
Partial Refunds (if applicable):
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Money-Back Guarantee for Cat Food & Treats
Your pet's health and happiness are important to us. That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee on your first purchase of any cat food or treats within 30 days.
Due to safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on food/treat products beyond the first order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider; it may take time to post.
- Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Sale & Clearance Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, email us at support@calmlypaws.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
If you’re returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your return without tracking.
