Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. Both Standard and Express shipping options come with tracking, so you can monitor your order from dispatch to delivery. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or invalid addresses.

 

For customers outside the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, any shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes for replacement items under our warranty or for shipments lost or damaged in transit are not covered by CalmlyPaws.

 

If additional shipping costs apply, an invoice will be sent to you. Please note that any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the courier prior to receiving your package.
